Keeping A Food Diary

Today, I've decided to get serious about keeping a food diary. For someone who loves to write and journals daily, you would think keeping a food diary would be a breeze. Not!

Yet, keeping score of your daily food, water and exercise is a good idea when trying to change old habits.

In a small whimsical pink floral notebook, I'm recording the little details that over time will equate to more pep in my step.
