A Night In Casablanca

This week I'm dreaming up some ideas for experimenting with some good old vintage cuisine with perhaps some exotic twists.

Think Casabanca, Humphrey Bogart and the flavors of Morocco.

The menu I'm imagining goes like this: A Tangerine and Sparkling Water Cocktail with Fresh Raspberries, a Kasbah-Inspired Salad, Slow-Roasted Meat and Vegetable Kebabs, A Bit of Couscous and a Cup of Rich and Fragrant Moroccan Spiced Tea.

Perhaps I'll check with the library and see if they have the Casabanca video or soundtrack to check out.

Wouldn't this be a fun party theme? Add some Seafood Marseillaise to the menu and encourage your friends to come dressed circa Casablanca!

For an outrageous idea, why not stage this soiree on a weekend getaway at an Orlando Holiday Villa.
