For a flavor-popping salad, I prepared a seasonal marriage of Mixed Greens With Turkey, Crisp Red Apple and Florida Tangerine Vinaigrette for my lunch this afternoon. Yum! It was simply delicious, quick to assemble, and so wonderfully healthy! With food this flavorful, dieting is a treat!
Mixed Greens with Turkey, Apple, & Florida Tangerine Vinaigrette
Bagged Field Greens
1 Small Red Delicious Apple
3 oz. Roasted Turkey, chopped or shedded
1 Teaspoon canola oil
2 Teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
Mrs. Dash Sun Dried Tomato Seasoning
A generous splash of fresh squeezed Florida tangerines
Top greens with turkey and sliced apples. Combine vinagrette ingredients then splash over salad.
This salad is a vision of culinary simplicity! Whose dieting? With food like this... it is a pleasure to embrace heart smart choices!
