A sudden silence fell across the table, then after a brief pause the conversation continued.
"So what did you tell him?"
"I told him that his calls were harassment and that if they didn't cease, I would report him."
"Obviously, he didn't take you serious. He has called all week. "
"That is the way a commercial collection agency works. Their objective is to collect their client's money. Fortunately, there are laws to protect people from threatening phone calls."
"Good! Because this stress is wrecking havoc on my diet."
"Don't let the stress be your excuse. There are only two things in life: results and excuses!"
