I am really battling a plateau right now! I can't seem to move into the 70 pound range. It is so frustrating.

Part of it is my own fault. Scratch that last sentence. ALL of it is my own fault!

I'm the one who is in control of what I eat or don't eat. I'm the one who is in charge of exercising this body.

The truth is my life is really tough right now. Tougher than I even want to discuss. But that shouldn't be my excuse. I need to stay focused on the BIG PICTURE and not turn one addiction into another! Like shopping for new clothes or cool finds ordiscount furniture and decorative treasures from the far corners of the globe .
